1. 50kg of Rice
2. Medium sized Basket of Fresh Tomatoes
3. 4Big Gino Tomato Paste
4. 2Maggi Chicken flavor packs and 1 Knorr Pack
5. 2 and half big pack of Curry
6. 1 small basket of onions
7. Fresh ginger and Garlic, #3000
8. A roll of nutmeg sachet
9. Shombo and tatashe(2rubber custard mix)
10. 2cuatard rubber of Pepper, atarodo
11. Kings Groundnut oil, 20ltrs
12. 2Big packs of Thyme
13. Meat stock(very important, beef or chicken or turkey)
14. 2rolls of kitchen glory
15. 2rolls of Benny spice
16. 2 rolls of Curry masala
17. 4 sachet of delice spice
18. Salt to taste, or 2big salt packs
19. 20 Bay Leaves
METHOD:
Grind your your tomatoes and all pepper with the onions and boil, to allow the water to dry
Season your meat with spices , and allow it to boil on low heat , so the meat can absorb the spices well
Remember to fry your meat by placing 1big onion inside the hot oil so it can add flavor to your fried meat!
PARTY SMOKY JOLLOF RICE
Place your big pot on fire, add the oil you used to fry your meat, allow it to get hot then pour your sliced onions inside the oil and fry
Add your tomatoes (boiled pepper),once it's fried and dried then add your tomatoe paste and fry together
Add your spices, you can add your neat stock at this point and cover it to boil well
Parboil the rice, make sure you washed the rice very well!
Open the pot and add your Parboiled rice and add it to your mix boiling on fire
Reduce the heat, so the rice won't burn too much
If it burns a little, it's still ok
After the rice is cooked well, and to taste
bring it down from fire and serve!
50kg should be able to feed around 150-200people
