The Managing Director of Surveillance Taskforce condemned the act as economic sabotage, while the State Coordinator vowed to pursue the matter to its conclusion, emphasizing the pipeline's importance as state-owned property.
In a separate effort, the Taskforce for Protection of Government Property visited Sobe Community to investigate reports of land encroachment on Sobe Secondary School and destruction of a government-owned farm. The team met with community leaders, who appreciated the Taskforce's efforts and requested time to identify those responsible. The State Coordinator inspected the affected areas, documenting the extent of the damage. The Taskforce remains committed to protecting public assets and holding perpetrators accountable.
