Professor Osinbajo Story of Hard Work a Lesson To Now Generation and Nigerian Students.

This is a wonderful anecdote by Professor Yemi Osinbajo, highlighting the importance of hard work and dedication. As a young lecturer at the University of Lagos, he observed the stark contrast between the work ethics of three typists in his department.

The Typists

- The Chief Typist: disappeared when work piled up, only working until 4 p.m.

- The Senior Typist: nowhere to be found when needed.

- Adereni, the Junior Typist: hardworking, dedicated, and often worked late into the night, even getting rides home from Professor Osinbajo at 1 a.m.

Adereni's Rise to Success

Years later, when Professor Osinbajo was serving as an adviser to the Attorney General of the Federation, he received a call from Hon. Bola Ajibola, who needed a diligent secretary to assist with long legal judgments.

Professor Osinbajo chose Adereni, who went on to excel in The Hague, earning degrees and building a successful life.

The Lesson

As Professor Osinbajo notes, "Someone is always watching. Hard work never goes unnoticed." Adereni's dedication and work ethic paid off, and he was able to build a better life for himself and his family. This story serves as a reminder to always strive for excellence, regardless of our position or circumstances.
