The Father of Nigerian Students-FoNS, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as Ultimate Equal has lambasted one Mr. Francis, FoNS described him as an unpopular person who wrote to tackle him from the government House.
In a trending video made by Dr. Patrick Eholor (FoNS) Dr. Eholor said "I speak truth into power and I can’t be intimidated because I have never collected money from any of the politicians to play my role, everything I do, I do them for the betterment of Edo State, Benin city and Nigeria at large."

Furthermore, talking about Obaseki's administration for over seven years, Comrade John, a former student in Edo State said "it is noted that there had been a lot of disappointment by the Edoites in all areas. In education, for instance, College of Agriculture, Iguoriakhi, Edo State was closed, it was claimed by the government's lawyer that the students in the school were transferred to another state like Oyo to study, this is a blunder if it is true and it is also a blunder if it is not true for a so-called lawyer to say that.
"Another area where Edo State have not enjoyed Obaseki's led administration is the road infrastructure; this can be confirmed on the day Governor's convoy was hanged in the flood after heavy downpour, the governor himself was stranded in the flood on Sapele Road, if this can happen to the governor, let's imagine how many people who would have been dead by it.
"In 2020 during the last Governorship Election, it was learned that Edo people gave maximum support to Godwin Obaseki against Oshiomole who came as godfather, then after this, when federal government gave palliatives to be distributed to their states, many states odd the palliatives, Obaseki who was loved and supported by his people was betrayed by their Governor, as he joined other states to odd the palliatives, the same person who have failed his people by not being a loyal Governor is now bringing a successor to be, had it been Obaseki's admin is interesting, this man called Asue Ighodalo would have enjoyed the same support by the same people of Edo." John said
In other words, Dr. Eholor said "The Lawyers in this state are overwhelmed because Godwin Obaseki refused to swear in judge very soon the anthem that will be in our TV set will be prison congestion in Edo state.
"If I can rehabilitate the government school in my town in UTOKA, Build health centers without campaigning to be in any political office then I see no reason why others can’t, they only promise to bring heaven on earth and at the end they’ll ignore the people.
"Dear Governor Godwin Obaseki, you cannot impose Asuen Ighodalo on us, your 8 years in power office is nothing to write home about! Kindly face your business as a business man and stop being a political godfather."
Meanwhile, Edo PDP faction began when the Governor and his Deputy cannot manage the crisis between them, referring to a proverb which says, "if two elephants fight, the grasses suffer it" since the fight began, the people suffer more, the work of two people has become one, the office of the Deputy Governor had been affected not to work effectively, the Deputy Governor lamented;
According to Punch News (20/12/23) "The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, says his office has not received any allocation in the last six months owing to the tension between him and his principal, Governor Godwin Obaseki.
"The deputy governor, who stated this at the unveiling of the Correspondent Office in Benin on Tuesday, said he had been running the office and doing other activities through goodwill and contributions from friends."
