physical fitness involves maintaining a proper diet, ensuring proper nutrition, managing stress, finding time to relax, engaging in activities of personal interest, and incorporating elements that resonate with one's nature."

SUG President Sen. Kichi Akwo Godsgift informed @AllCampusShow through NUCJ about the imperative to train Medical Volunteers within the University Community. Godsgift said "Under my administration's commitment to elevate standards, we have initiated the training of Medical Volunteers. This involves providing them with extensive first aid training and skills essential for assisting students in case of emergencies. We are optimistic that this initiative will be seamlessly handed over to the next administration."

The SUG Director of Welfare emphasized the theme of the health week and, in response to inquiries about how students can attain optimal wellness gradually, stated, "Both my office and the Director of Sports are committed to introducing additional programs aimed at assisting students in sustaining physical fitness."

It provided an opportunity for students who haven't exercised in a while to engage in physical activity. This session is just a part of the comprehensive activities we have prepared for the health week, and further activities will commence promptly by Wednesday."

The Senate President expressed, "I commend the Director of Welfare for organizing such an event. Additionally, I would like to extend my commendation to my department, the Department of Human Kinetics, for leading today's workout."
