Breaking News: An Icon  to sue Tinubu over perjury.

All Progressive Congress Flagbearer Bola Ahmed Tinubu is facing fresh trails of accusations for claiming that an unknown soldier stole his belongings alongside his personal certificate.

This resurgence comes after the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, failed to present his primary and secondary school certificates as requested by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for public scrutiny and transparency ahead of the upcoming presidential elections.

Unfortunately, he claimed that the documents he submitted in order to run for governor of Lagos State had been stolen, despite the fact that this statutory submission is necessary to satisfy the requirements of the general elections.

"In 1999, Chief Gani Fawehinmi (SAN), a human rights activist and lawyer, challenged the credibility of the former Lagos state governor, saying that all his working certificates were forged and that he never attended the mandatory National Youth Service." (African News Online/ 5th Oct, 1999).

In the purported certificate fabrication lawsuit brought before the court by Chief Gani Fawehinmi (SAN), a human rights activist and attorney, Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress enjoyed mutiny because he was governor of the state.

The Supreme Court also decided that the Lagos attorney, Chief Gani Fawehinmi (SAN), could not compel the Inspector-General of Police to look into allegations of certificate fraud against Governor Tinubu. However, he did live long enough to pursue this case.

Additionally, Dominic Adegbola's attempt to revive the 1999 lawsuit filed by the late Chief Gani Fawehinmi was fruitless, and he was dismissed.

Adegbola added that Tinubu’s claim to have attended the University of Chicago in the U.S. between 1972 and 1976 and obtained a B.Sc degree in Economics from the same university was misleading. (The Nigerian Voice, June 4th 2013)

"Tinubu commits perjury as he abandons his earlier claim of attending primary school, sworn in an affidavit to run for governor, but now claims not to have attended primary school. Tinubu's new forms contradict his 2007 affidavit that he attended primary school and secondary.

Commenting on this latest development, Chief Patrick Eholor, a national stakeholder and human rights activist of our time after Gani Fawehinmi, has bawled out on the APC flagbearer, accusing him of perjury and lying under oath. He further stated that he would charge Tinubu to the court amidst lies of no primary and secondary certificate after been asked by the Independence National Electoral Commission (INEC) for public scrutiny of his legibility to contest to be president.

"Tinubu's false documents and information during his governorship election contradict his inability to present his personal credentials before INEC." This is perjury and I will sue him in court for public justice." He added.
