The Father of Nigerian Students-FONS, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as Ultimate Equal has analyzed the problems facing the country with the preferred solution he gave in a viral video yesterday.
In the video, Dr. Eholor spoke about how the religion has made Nigerians slaves, in his statement in the video, Eholor said "We called, God, we called Inshallah every second, we built churches and mosques everywhere, we have church of over 100,000 capacity but no company to accommodate seven people, what a retrogression"
Furthermore, Dr. Eholor called on the President on the Country, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed, he said "Asiwaju, you are not the entire problem of Nigeria but you have been the part of the problem of Nigeria and that is why you are the richest man in Lagos, it was said you build Lagos but at your time now, you could not build Nigeria, things are so expensive, how can you and the lawmakers budgeted N5.5Billion for the students loan and you budgeted N24 Billion for pilgrim?"
Indeed, these are the points to be considered by the government, in other words, Dr. Eholor said "we definitely have reasons to be concerned about the future of our children as Nigerians.
"Early this year 2024, our government is not subsidizing food productions, fuel, or energy cost; but they're subsidising religious pilgrimages to a foreign nation, thereby boosting the economy of Saudi Arabia that's miles away from Nigeria, while Nigerians are suffering. The only revolution that will be effective in Nigeria is the one that will move people away from religious houses to factories and farmlands. A nation that prioritises religion above education will not go anywhere meaningful. Shame on the present and past leaders of this country."
Moreover, Eholor spoke on one of the solutions to the problems of Nigeria which is affecting the economy and the cost of living.
In another video today, Dr. Eholor called the attention of the president as well as other government anti corruption officials and agencies.
In this video, he said "If you want this country to be good, go after the bank Managing Directors, let them show you their records, they are notorious, they are thieves, president should go after the people who stole our money as a smart man who is resourceful, give us the list of Ikoyi scandal probes, we want the white paper report, country that defend criminals, if you go to Benin where I am from, on Sakpomba Road, you will see mallams selling mint currencies, they are selling our money to us and that cannot make a country to survive"
