The Father of Nigerian Students-FoNS, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as Ultimate Equal has charged the Chief Judge of Edo State-Justice D I. Okungbowa to push for the Swearing of the 8 Judges Not Sworn By the Governor.
Dr. Eholor also said "I have cases in Court and my cases are being adjourned to long dates.This is because the Court Diaries are full with few judges on duty and the sitting judges are overworked.
"This is happening because (8) Judges of the Edo State High Court has not been sworn in by the Edo State Governor, Mr .Godwin Obaseki.
"The Chief Judge of Edo State as the Head of the Judiciary should be happy when more hands are being appointed and when there is snag he should push for the Swearing in .We are doing this for the poor and the voiceless.
People are rotting in jail and 8 Courts are empty, there is no sitting, common...
"The Judiciary in Edo State should wake up. Edo State Judiciary used to be one of the vibrant in Nigeria. We have to speak truth to power. That is why we are here and "If the truth shall kill them let them Die" Dr Eholor concluded
