The right to speak is not a product of any legal system, it is by far more than that. It is one of the basic rights given by nature and cannot be taken away by law or group of person (s) under any guise . It is infact protected and preserved by law. Any attempt to curb right to ventilate issue within us by speaking is a move towards doctorship and suppression of right to speak.
Dr Patrick Osagie Eholor merely exercised his right to speak on the issue bothering him as a human being, no man can take this away from him. The law protects him
Our law enforcement agencies should focus on the serious issues of insecurity that is making Nigeria one of the most
