The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Pipeline Surveillance, Hon. Joseph Okonigene, has congratulated His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, Governor of Edo State, on his triumphant victory at the Supreme Court.
Speaking to journalists during the jubilation, Okonigene described the Governor as having a sufficient grace for his career, saying he will always win due to the love he has for the people of Edo State. Okonigene described the love as "one love" that unites all Edo people, noting that the Governor has numerous projects running in Benin City, the State Capital.
Despite being from Edo Central, the Governor has shown commitment to the development of the state, including infrastructure, revamping of dilapidated schools, and the construction of the first flyover in Benin, which was done by an Esan man.
"The Edo State Government, through the Edo State Pipeline Surveillance, is working to bring those responsible for vandalizing pipelines to justice and prevent future incidents of pipeline vandalism," Okonigene stated.
In his joyful mood, Okonigene expressed, "As your Senior Special Assistant on Pipeline Surveillance, I celebrate your leadership and dedication to our great state and feel privileged to serve in this capacity. Your success is a testament to your vision and commitment."
He wished the Governor continued success and divine guidance in all his endeavors, saying, "May God bless you and Edo State abundantly. Congratulations once again, Your Excellency!"
