A Non-governmental and Human Rights Organization, One Love Foundations has called for the arrest of Mr. Asari Dokubo for hate speech, threat of War, cyber bullying and stalking of all Igbos worldwide.
This was said in a letter of petition sent to the office of the Inspector General of Police of the Federation, Kayode Egbetokun.
The One Love foundations is an NGO committed to justice for all and defense of all Human Rights with headquarters office based in Abuja, Nigeria. It is headed by the President, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as Ultimate Equal, the Father of Nigerian Students-FONS, Man of the people; Senior Advocate of the Masses(SAM).
As contained in the letter, the acclaimed militant fighter, Asari Dokubo rushed to State House, Abuja to verbally and maliciously attack the Nigeria Army and Navy accusing the two segments of the Military of being responsible for 99 percent oil theft in Nigeria.
The letter further stated that, Asari defamately called the Igbos "sold out slaves" on his live Facebook daily outburst session on his page.
"As if that were not enough, he also recently proudly resorted to brandishing AK47 riffle as a sign if his readiness for crisis against Southeastern people on his Facebook" the letter stated.
"This level of arrogance on the part of Asari and other traducers of violence led to the influx of hate speech that greeted the entire nooks and crannies of the immediate past administration of Muhammed Buhari and if not checkmated and tamed by security agencies will lead to ethnic and religious rift in Nigeria. More worrisome is that the useless Asari has taken another bold step to continue the outpour and the outbursts daily against the south east people of nigeria"
" Take it or leave it, Asari is not a good Nigerian to be reckoned with and his recent action should be taken seriously , if at all this present government and security agencies are to record excellence in her mapped out blueprints"
The Human Rights organization therefore request that, Mr
Asari dokubo be apprehended from his hideout and questioned with a view to prosecuting him under the extant laws of Nigeria and shall at request provide all internet and video evidence to suport claims.
"We hope our request is heeded or else, we shall approach the courts soonest for our reliefs. We are grateful" The organization added.
We all should learn how to prioritize love, unity and being our brother's keepers. However, new IGP who has promised Heaven and Earth to secure lives and properties of the citizens should prove himself with this assignment then we will know he means what he said then national respect and honour would be given to him.
