Are you serious with your oaths and promises as new IGP? Eholor challenges Egbetokun

President of One Love Foundations and Father of Nigerian Students-FONS; Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as Ultimate Equal has congratulated the new   Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun and urged him to reform the Police Force.

He said this in a video clip posted on his different social media handles.

According to Patrick Eholor, Nigeria have had different Inspector General of Police who had promised to make great feat in the force yet end up failing the country.

Also, Eholor stated that the new Inspector General should bring tidies to the police force thereby undergoing a total reformation.

He also mentioned that for the Inspector General to combat crime in the country, he needs to start with the Internal police crime.

"We have some very rotty ones among the police who engage in series of crimes and social vices" he said.

Furthermore, Chief Eholor applauded the IG for the step taken to recruit 40,000 police for special unit, trainings and duty.

However he said "hope this recruitment and special trainings is not going to be another endears loading?"

"there is nothing new to us as Nigerians, we have had a lot of Inspector Generals of Police that have come and gone who will tell us on their first day that there will no longer be search without warrants, who will tell us they are going to withdraw the police from the so called VIP, I don’t know what makes them more important than other citizens, I hope this time he means it well"

"I think most police have not yet learnt their lesson, most police do not know why their enlisted in the force"

Chief Eholor therefore urges the police force that they should be well-behaved and end excessive killings of Nigeria citizens.

He also said that it will be beneficial to the society if the police are withdrawn from the VIP and send to the street go combat crimes.

On a final note, Chief Eholor said he is ready to support the IG if they carry out their social responsibility well and do something different.
