Breaking News: Ultimate equal debunks rumors about LP alliance with Governor Obaseki.



Labor Party Chieftain in charge mobilization in Diaspora, Chief Dr. Patrick Osagie Eholor otherwise known as the Ultimate equal, has debunked Information claiming that the Governor of the State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki is set to meet with the following House of Assembly candidates of the Party at the Old festival hall Government House: Hon. Omoregie Victor Nosa of the Ovia North East 1 Constituency , Hon. Esohe Igiede Ahamiojie of the  Ikpoba-Okha Constitutuency , Hon. Igineweka O. Victor of Oredo East, Peter Ola Omoregbe of the Ovia Southwest Constituency. 



Eholor while reacting to this information, said as a chieftain of the party, he spoke to the Party’s state chairman Comr. Kelly Ogbalor who  denied such .

“We don’t want a spoiler in our party. We want to advice the public that we are ready for the forthcoming election. and we are not entertaining alliance with any party.”


 “We want the public to disregard such rumor. As a matter of fact, none of our candidates will attend any meeting with Gov Obaseki and his Cabinets, without the knowledge of the party chieftains , the state Chairman or National Chairman.” He said. 

He also debunked the rumors going around that the Governor sponsored people into Labor Party , According to him the party is independent and there are no such arrangements with the Governor. 


He further revealed that the Obaseki led administration, also took LP candidates to court, accusing them of failure to hold primaries. 


Chief Patrick thanked the Edo people, youths and elderly, market women and the general public, for the overwhelming victory and support gotten from the South-South in the just concluded election, and urged them to Continue to support the party adding that, their Labour will not be in vein.
