WINNERS OF THE OONI ADIRE OODUA DANCE CHALLENGE RECEIVE A HUGE CASH PRIZE

 

The 2021 Children’s day celebration hosted on the 27^th of May, 2021 by His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, The Ooni of Ife in his palace in Ile-Ife was a memorable one as the Kabiyesi, The Ooni of Ife gave a cash prize to the children that participated in the Dance Challenge.

Kabiyesi in his words said that as the Chairman of Adire Oodua Textile Hub, seeing young ones that have interest in culture gives him joy, he said these children didn’t just have an interest in culture alone but also devoted their day to be celebrated with culture, their dances and excitement gladdens my heart and made me think of rewarding and appreciating them with the cash prize to remember this day.

The founder of the Hub, Princess Ronke Ademiluyi congratulated the winners of the cash prize from the Chairman of the Hub, Princess Ronke commends Kabiyesi for his love to the mankind especially to the young ones.

The princess also advised the children to keep the good work as children to obey their parents and to always respect the elders so they may live long and also be successful in life.
