Hon. Barisi Victor Bariedoora is a native of Tem-Lueku Community in KHANA Local Government Area, Rivers state.
Bariedoora attended Community Primary School, Luumene Bagha where he got his first school leaving certificate and proceeded to Community Secondary School (CSS) Uegwere Boue in KHANA Local Government Area.
Education is the best legacy as a future driver has made Bariedoora attended Abia state University (ABSU) Uturu, Abia state University where he studied History and International Relations.
The Real Estate and Developer, Bariedoora is called to serve Humanity which he displayed even in his career as a real estate developer, not only developing properties, he is also human developer from his school days. As a very active student, Bariedoora involved in student unionism which led to his interest in participating in the politics of his father's land.
Victor Bariedoora has recently been fronting so many political groups In Nigeria and as the Caretaker Chairman in APC khana ward 3, Personal Assistant media to SDP state Vice Chairman, who was also actively involved in the campaigns processes as Incoming president support organization national organizing secretary.
Energetic and Loyal blooded Bariedoora who recently show his interest in taking the Nigerian Politics to a global standard and as a young and brilliant Nigerian.
In his speech with the Pressmen yesterday, he said Politics should not be a thing of self gained, he rather prove that it is a profession of giving welfare and development to the people and the state, also respecting the elders for successful governance.
In his statement where he spoke about his political aspiration as a National Organization Secretary of the notable and highly respected party in Africa, All Progressive Congress (APC).
Barisi Victor Bariedoora stated the reasons why he should be the next National Organizing Secretary of APC, He said "Party Development is the number reason why I should be the next National Organizing Secretary of APC because strengthening the party structures enhance grassroots engagement, membership drive, and internal democracy, which I have capacity to shoulder and make reality. Also, Improving and foster effective communication between party leaders, members, and stakeholders is another reason me Barisi Victor Bariedoora should acquire this office, as I could remember the outcome of my communication engage during the 2023 general election which lead to our victory, making our Father, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Jagaban of Borgu the President of Nigeria (GCFR)

However, talking about Leadership Expertise, Bariedoora has proven himself as a trained leader, in one of his lines which he declared that APC has trained him to become a better leader and he wants to use it to improve the party that has has trained him.
He also said proven track record, utilize organizational skills and experience to drive party success is his goal.
