100 level female student of the department of Entrepreneur, Obafemi Awolowo University identified as Salako Treasure has committed suicide on 14th of June 2023
According to reports, The body of the deceased was found lying lifelessly in an uncompleted building in Lagere area after she allegedly drank sniper.
Report has it that Miss Treasure had shown signs of depression and emotional trauma in the past which might have led her to make such awful decision.
However, findings shows that the death of Miss Treasure is unclear. It looks like assassination.
Confirming this incident, the Public Relations officer of the Institution, Abiodun Olarewaju said it's unfortunate for the school to have lost such promising young lady.
He further said that, although the incident happened outside the school, yet the Vice Chancellor is pained that a student of that tender age could resolved to that
Nevertheless, investigations are currently ongoing to uncover the mystery of Miss Treasure's death
