Chief Eholor sends goodwill message to Labour party members in House of Rep.

Labour Party Chieftain and President of One Love Foundation has sent a congratulatory message to all elected Labour Party members upon their inauguration into  House of Representatives. 


The like of Hon. Esosa Iyawe representing Oredo constituency, Senator Neda Imasuen representing Edo South Senatorial District and Murphy Omoruyi representing Egor/Ikpoba Okha were mentioned. 






According to Chief Eholor, Labour Party has given them the opportunity to represent them, therefore, they should  be focused and outstanding by being  people-oriented in whatever they are doing as regards grassroot development


 "Despite being a minority there is still a lot of work to do as they too can influence the majority if the policy they are bringing forward favours the grassroots, the only difference between them and the majority is number" he said



He Further said that the house should critically look into the issue of fuel subsidy removal as it is telling on the people.


Also that the abandoned refineries should be revisited 

  and fuel smuggling out of the country should stop. 



Speaking on the issue of infrastructure, Chief Eholor highlighted that all lawmakers are expected to give back to the society by constructing durable and quality infrastructure with  money allocated to them. 



"They should not just put infrastructure but quality infrastructure not the ones that they will do a project of less than a million and at the end they'll cost more than one million for the project after all there will be no one to checkmate them" Chief Eholor added


Furthermore, he noted that members of house of representatives should ensure that Nigeria can generate enough electricity at a time without rationing the number of megawatts.


Moreso,  he urges the Federal government that all Corrupt  Political leaders should be investigated and if found guilty face the law. 


"Corruption has greatly killed this country and it's high time the lawmakers check this to reduce and if possible wipe out corruption in this country so we can have a better Nigeria"
