Foreign countries zero out on Covid-19 cases while the Nigerian government zero in on Covid-19 cases
My visitation to several banks that continue to ban customers without nose masks from entering served as confirmation for the general public's complaints. As an example, Stanbic IBTC forbids visitors from entering without a mask, claiming that this is a requirement of the federal government. To put it bluntly, these individuals force customers to enter the banking hall wearing nose masks, but once inside, nobody checks them. This falls under the category of "eye service."
Also, at airports there were disputes with service users about the wearing of nose masks. In fact, FG announced in March 2022 that the wearing of nose masks in public places alone is not compulsory but they still caution to wear face mask in other public spaces like offices, airport and banks. FG also pledged to inform the public after Easter when the nose mask would be entirely phased out of the nation, but this has not yet happened.
A young man questioned the security at the airport when there was drama when they were shouting no mask, no admittance, but they were unyielding in their responses, claiming it was still a FG instruction. It's true, however they're mistaken because we could clearly see their personnel inside without the mask, proving that they weren't using it.
Since the foreign nations where the virus originated have stopped counting and have released the measure, it is a deception that Corona virus patients are still being counted. Because the Nigerian government won't stop counting fictitious viral patients, this is corruption.
Corruption exists.
