A chieftain of the Labour Party LP and Edo Central senatorial candidate in the 2023 general election, Engr. Dr. Osereme Christen Omofoma, has asked Nigerians and Obidients to remain calm as the country awaits the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) ruling.
Engr Osereme made the remarks on Tuesday in Abuja at Court of Appeal venue of presidential election petition tribunal while addressing newsmen, urging people to remain calm before and after the court ruling.
The presidential candidate of the LP in 2023 general election Mr Peter Obi, is currently challenging the declarations of APC candidate Mr Bola Tinubu by INEC.
The tribunal is expected to deliver a ruling on the presidential election petition case following the adoption of final address from all parties in the coming days.
