Eholor asks minister for records, demands accountability of funds.



Following the file of a legal suit against the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki and his Deputy, Comrade Philip Shaibu, by the Democracy Observer General, Chief Patrick Osagie Eholor. In respect of the 13% Oil Fund allocation received by the State.


 Chief Eholor has  recently penned a letter to Hon . Clem Agba, In a bid to obtain more clarity on the issue . He did this through a letter addressing the The Honorable Minister of State , Finance, Budget and National Planning requesting details on the exact amount shared and received from the Federation Account to Edo State.


The Minister has said On Wednesday, said that States are to be blamed for rising Poverty and  hardship further disagreeing with the Governors claiming they weren't paid. 

Although no response has been gotten from the Minister, Chief Patrick, because of his interest in this case, failure to receive response within 30days, might further attract a Law Suit .
